With all the salons available for a stylist to work at, what sets Chemistry apart? Training and education. We believe in motivating our team by continually teaching the most current hair cutting, coloring and styling techniques, as well as exposing them to the best products available – this is the foundation that gives them the skills to make the most of their career. We have weekly education classes, as well as bring in national and international educators to share their expertise.
We empower our team to move forward, (creating better opportunities for growth which is viable and attainable), through our fast-track educational program. It’s a Win Win all around as it enables us to build our company and our reputation as an amazing, creative work space while also giving our stylists the opportunity to map a successful career path.
Morgan’s background in education includes working as an art director for Toni & Guy Education and Academy, where she trained staff and stylists locally and nationally. She’s studied with many other companies including Aveda, Davines, Bumble & Bumble, Sebastian, Vidal Sassoon, Zgat, Mahogany, and L’Oréal just to name a few.

CHEMISTRY’S LADDER TO SUCCESS
TECH LEVEL 1 – 2
Tech Level 1 and 2 are our newest members of the Chemistry team. They are licensed cosmetologists going through our masters program at Chemistry. Tech Level 1 stylists will be working on or have completed our foundation level, consisting of high-end customer service as well as multiple color and cutting techniques.
Tech Level 2 are working on or finishing the intermediate level of education, mastering more current techniques in both color and cutting. They are building their clientele and honing their technique. A Tech Level 2 will have two to three years experience. We offer tiered levels because we want everyone to enjoy an exclusive salon experience.
TECH LEVEL 3
Tech Level 3 has completed our foundation and intermediate Level education. They are working on or finishing the advanced level, which puts them on a consistent and creative path in tailoring the most current hair colors and hair cuts, and styling. They are able to start moving towards becoming a mentor in our Education Program, Chemistry Lab. They are involved in ongoing education inside our salon as well as outside classes with leading hairdressing companies around the world.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
The Technical Director is an accomplished hairdresser on every level, they have five or more years experience on the floor. They have completed foundation, intermediate and the advanced levels of our education. They have taken numerous cutting, coloring and styling classes both outside the salon as well as attending our ongoing commitment to education at Chemistry Salon. Technical Directors are involved with photoshoots, competitions, promotions and are an integral part of creating the culture of Chemistry Salon.
