Our Policies

Our clients and stylists are very important to us. We understand life and emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice.

When you no show or cancel your appointment last minute, you are taking away a portion of the business and stylists income. We reserve that time for you and it cannot be easily filled when given last minute notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require you to call at least 48-hours prior to your appointment time and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not accept email and text cancellations.

 
  • Any cancellation or reschedule within 48-hours from your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. This fee is equal to your reserved service. Cancellation fees must be paid for in order to book any future appointments.

  • If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call us and let us know your ETA. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may not give your stylist enough time to fully accommodate your service(s). Late arrival could also result in a reschedule. In both these cases our same cancellation fee will apply and you will be charged the full services.

  • We require a consultation for new clients that are wanting color or highlight services. Consultations allow clients and stylists to get to know each other, share expectations and discuss the execution of the perfect color. A non-refundable deposit will be required in order to book out the service(s). This deposit goes completely towards the future appointment. Our same 48-hour policy applies and if the appointment is cancelled within that time it will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
