Morgan Kruizenga

Morgan has achieved her dream of owning a sustainable, educational, high-end salon. She has developed her own educational program (Chemistry Lab Education) which inspires and creates confident successful hairdressers.
Morgan’s training began with Aveda in the mid 80’s. Soon after she joined the Toni & Guy Ambassador program; which gave her the opportunity to become a platform artist and Regional Educational Director for the Midwest. In 1999, she helped launch the New York Madison Avenue Salon advancing to an Art Director. She has also trained multiple times with companies such as, Toni&Guy London-and USA, Vidal Sassoon, Shu Uemura, Zgat, Kerastase, L’Oreal, Method Education, Fusion Methodology, Kaizen Education, Davines, Mahogany London, just to name a few. Upon returning to Michigan, Morgan created a highly successful education program for future stylists and current stylists honing their craft to master the art of hairdressing. She is excited to implement a fast-track system she created for her salon, Chemistry.
Dedicated to educating the next generation of hair stylists Morgan says “I have always situated myself to work closely with my mentors, so I am always learning! I will always be passionate to share knowledge with my peers.” Because truly successful people, help others to become successful!

Hannah Fettig

Hannah has thrived in artistry throughout her life. Inspired by watching hair stylists early on, she quickly found her passion. She became a licensed cosmetologist at 18 years old. Having attended college courses in science and art. Hannah is passionate in the balance of beauty and sustainability.
Some of her passions have included bridal up-styles, makeup artistry, dimensional color and creative color. She moved to the Metro Detroit area in search of working at her dream salon, finding Chemistry Salon as her perfect fit!
She has trained with Pulp Riot, working backstage, and Loreal Pro. At Chemistry, she’s attended many Davines global education classes: Fusion Methodology created by Michael Pollsinelli, Kaizen Education with Sal Misseri, Method Education created by James Abu-Ulba, Aqua Hand-Tied Weft as well as a creative cut and color class in Brooklyn, NY with Anna Pacitto. Hannah continues to master techniques through our Chemistry Lab Education.
She welcomes her clients with a modern, graceful experience of blending education and artistry.
Jaclyn Wilhelm

Jaclyn is an accomplished hairdresser with over 13 years of experience. Originally from Ohio, she received her education at Aveda Institute in Columbus. From there, she moved on to work as a stylist at top-notch sustainable salons in bigger cities like Columbus and downtown Chicago. She is committed to continuing her education throughout her career.
Her passion for balayage, and all techniques in hair lightening, shine through, as well as natural hair styles. She is both talented and caring, making sure to get the perfect look for all her clients. She is currently working through our in-house Chemistry Lab Education Program. She has studied with global educators: Michael Pollsinelli, James Abu-Ulba and Aqua Hand-Tied Weft

Katrina Rollins

Katrina is a well-seasoned hair stylist with 9 years of experience. She is native to Michigan and returned from Denver in 2021. While in Denver, she worked at a prestigious, education based and sustainable salon. She has completed rigorous in-house education as well as attended several advanced trainings for master styling, finishing, advanced hair color, formulation and fundamentals in cutting. She is currently working through our in-house Chemistry Lab Education program. At Chemistry, she has attended Davines global education classes with Fusion Methodology created by Michael Pollsinelli and Method Education created by James Abu-Ulba.
Katrina enjoys creating a unique color and cut that is tailored to the guest in her chair. Her specialties include: curly sculptural cutting, eccentric styles, short precision cutting, and all types of creative color.
We are thrilled Katrina found us and made Chemistry Salon her new home! Whether you're ready for a subtle shift or a dramatic change, Katrina is ready to fulfill all of your hair needs.
Valerie VanSlambrouck

Valerie is an integral part of our Chemistry Team. She is working through our Chemistry Lab Education, quite vigorously. Her attention to detail and uncompromising work ethic is extremely impressive!
She is ambitious and looks forward to expanding her knowledge base and developing her techniques all around. At Chemistry, she has received education with Aqua Extensions Hand-Tied Weft and also many classes with Davines global educators: Fusion Methodology created by Michael Polsinelli, Kaizen Education with Sal Misseri, Method Education created by James Abu-Ulba, and a creative cut and color class in Brooklyn NY with Anna Pacitto. We are very proud to be working with such a creatively driven young talent.
Valerie is currently working through our Tech Level 2 and moving into Tech Level 3, advancing and accomplishing all her goals! She is passionate about creating the perfect color and cut, tailoring the perfect look for her clients.

Quillian is an essential part of the Chemistry Salon team. She apprenticed under Morgan from 2020-2022 through Chemistry Lab Education. During her apprenticeship she was able to learn hands on by assisting Morgan, while also managing and running the front desk. September 2022, Quillian passed her state boards and is now a license stylist.
She is committed to the highest level of education and daily hands on experience at Chemistry Salon. She has been working through our Chemistry Lab Education Program and her innate ability is moving her towards Tech Level 2. At Chemistry, Quillian has attended many global education classes: Fusion Methodology created by Michael Pollsinelli, Method Education with James Abu-Ulba, Kaizen Education created by Sal Misseri, Aqua Hand-Tied Weft, as well as a creative cut and color class in Brooklyn NY with Anna Pacitto.
She has passion for creating the perfect color, shape, and wearable styles- while also specializing in extensions. She is committed to ongoing education, and now building her clientele.
